2026 - 2027 Creative Cloud Renewal
Current users will receive an email once the 2026 - 2027 licenses are available and will have 30 days from that notice to place their renewal orders. No users will lose access prior to the end of that 30 day period. While the prices have not yet been set for the 2026 - 2027 licenses, we expect the price to be similiar to last year's full year price (listed below).
New users that need access to Creative Cloud before the 2026 - 2027 licenses are available can reach out to licadmin@vt.edu to discuss potential licensing options.

Annual renewal - expires August 20
Not sure if you need a Named User or Device License? The differences between the license types are listed below.
Named User:
- Intended to license an individual user
- Can be installed on 2 computers
- Includes 100 GB of cloud storage
- Apps can be installed as needed, resulting in minimal installation time
- Apps are update through CC Desktop, including major version releases
Device License:
- Intended to license a multi-user device
- Can only be installed on 1 computer
- No cloud storage included
- All apps are installed at the initial set-up, resulting in lengthy installation time
- Minor updates available through Adobe Application Manager, major updates require complete reinstall
